If you can no longer attend the workshop please let us know at least 5 days before the event. We will offer a full refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee.

My Menopause Transformation (MyMT™) has the right to refuse my application and refund my course fee if my qualifications do not meet MyMT™’s entry requirements or for any other reason deemed appropriate by MyMT™.

MyMT™ has the right to request details of my qualifications, insurance arrangements and professional body membership at any point. 

I agree to only work within my scope of practice when assisting clients with the new knowledge I gain from MyMT™ and Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD). 

I agree to maintain the right and authority to practice while working with a case study client on this course.  

I agree to protect the Intellectual Property of MyMT™ and Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD). This is inclusive of, but not limited to, the content in this course, as well as any of the other MyMT™ programmes / courses, as well as MyMT™’s website, social media and advertising.  

I confirm that I will not create imitation programmes bearing a similar name or content to this course or any of the MyMT™ programmes.

I confirm that I will not allow any unauthorized usage of the training materials by any other person or organisation.
