In order to enroll in this training you must:
Be a fully qualified health or exercise professional e.g. Personal Trainer, Naturopath, Dietitian, Nutritionist, Nurse, Midwife, Doctor, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Chiropractor, Health Coach, Lifestyle Medicine Professional.
PLUS hold current professional indemnity and public liability insurance that covers working with clients in a one-to-one setting.

My Menopause Transformation (MyMT™) has the right to refuse my application and refund my course fee if my qualifications do not meet MyMT™’s entry requirements or for any other reason deemed appropriate by MyMT™.

I agree to only work within my scope of practice when assisting clients with the new knowledge I gain from MyMT™ and Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD).
I agree to maintain the right and authority to practice while using the information from this course.
I agree to protect the Intellectual Property of MyMT™ and Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD). This is inclusive of, but not limited to, the content in this course, as well as any of the other MyMT™ programmes / courses, as well as MyMT™’s website, social media and advertising.
I confirm that I will not create imitation programmes bearing a similar name or content to this course or any of the MyMT™ programmes.
I confirm that I will not allow any unauthorized usage of the training materials by any other person or organisation.
